This guide is for people at all levels of fitness! If you are a beginner, some of the moves may be challenging. I would encourage you to view all of the moves prior to the workout and practice them. Regardless of your current fitness level, this will be a challenge. Push your limits! You can do it!
No. Most of the moves in HIIT iT is high intensity and high impact. Especially not recommended for people with knee/ankle/foot issues.
